Neil Rancid was a fictitious character created in a bout of intense laughing fits while taking the piss out of a cop show called Hardball back in 1990 i think, and thinking the main guy looked like he should be called Neil Rancid, he had bad sweat patches on his pits, and looked like he was about to have a stroke from running across the street with a box of donuts. He drops one on the car seat and sits on it. Then he eats it anyway while moaning about the intense heatwave. 10 year old me thought this was the most hilarious thing ever, and so this absolutely dire abomination was an ode to the legend himself. Let no one forget, the legend of Neil Rancid... The belligerent, sweat ridden clat-monger.
